	Shelley Practice Manager Shelley has worked with Dr Emery since November 2008.  Shelley’s role in the practice is to ensure that all staff and administrative systems perform to an optimal level.  Shelley manages many aspects of the practice including liaising with patients, hospital and theatre administration and Dr Emery’s medical team for surgical bookings, staff recruitment and training, development of policies and procedures within the practice, public relations, marketing, financial reporting and Medicolegal reports.
	Kim Senior Medical Receptionist Kim joined our practice in September 2009 and provides a wide range of administrative and support services to the practice to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness facilitating the highest level of patient care.  Some of her tasks include liaising with patients, managing Dr Emery’s daily diary, organising investigations and urgent referrals to other specialists, liaising with Workcover and legal firms regarding all compensation matters and ensuring prompt attention is paid to all incoming referrals.
	Céline Business Manager Céline plays a key role as Spine Specialist Solution’s business manager.  Céline is responsible for delivering the strategic objectives of the business, and facilitates and manages the business’s financial affairs and business planning and development.
